“Finally a Colombian restaurant in Raleigh -much needed good quality diversity. A hidden gem that serves up home-made meals. Love the arepas and Ajiaco(Very tradition chicken & potatoes Colombian soup) Food: quality/price=Excellent. Fresh-off the stove. Generous proportions for reasonable prices. Atmosphere= Excellent. Relaxing native music that allows you to chat-up at your table without having to raise your voice Parking Accessibility = Lots of Street Parking. Not a busy commercial area. Great place! Gracias! “Best arepas in town. Great taste!”
“Absolutely delicious!! Everything was very fresh and cooked to order. Our new favorite!!”
“I was born in Bogota, Colombia and grew up eating mostly Colombian food. Ajiaco is one dish I knew to get excited about when I saw my mom pull out the big pot. I was very excited to try this dish at Arepa Bar and it did not disappoint. It was very delicious and reminded me of my mom's cooking. I would highly recommend trying this dish.”
“The bandeja bowl was truly amazing. The owner also let me substitute tostones instead of maduros. I would highly recommend this restaurant!”
“Very tasty and full of flavor. Empanada was excellent as well.”
